Williams Family Ranch, Wickenburg/Arizona... Rate/Ranchweek/english

Please note: The ranch is open between September 1 and May 31.

Rates for ranch vacation *
cattle work, round ups (special dates!), trailrides

including transfer between Wickenburg and the ranch, bunk house accommodation (own room), 3 meals per day, all non-alcohol beverages, great rides (several hours per day... it depends on what we have to do and how many hours the guests want/can ride... most of the time 5 hours per day)

WORKING COW TRIPS: *
3 - 4 nights = $155 per night per person / double room
3 - 4 nights = $165 per night / single room
5 - 6 nights = $150 per night per person / double room
5 - 6 nights = $155 per night / single room

RANCH WEEKS: *
$945 per person / double room
$995 single room

SCHEDULE

Sept. 1 - Sept. 23	HOT SPECIAL Book your ranchweek between SEPTEMBER 1 and 23... and get a 5% discount. Please note, during September it's still pretty hot and we ride early in the morning and late in the afternoon.
Sept. 24 - Oct. 7	Fall round up We ride the dry side and put the cattle on the river pasture.
Oct. 8 - end of Febr.	mix of cattle work and trailriding
March 1 - 23	cattle work weeks
March 24 - April 7	Spring round up We ride along the river, gather our cattle, bring all the cattle to the house corral and brand the calves.
April 8 - 30	additional cattle work weeks we are cleaning up what we don't get early.
May 1 - 31	mix of cattle work and trailriding

Rates for Trailrides *

GUIDED TRAILRIDES
1 day (~4 hours incl. break)

GUIDED TRAILRIDES
2 - 3 days

for horse, all meals, accomodation (tent)

COWCAMP FOR CHILDREN

age 8 - 14

$110 per day

* additional costs:

flight Phoenix, AZ
shuttle service to Wickenburg ($207 roundtrip for one person, $235 for 2 people, every additional person +$34; every additional destination +$20; all rates plus 10 - 15% tip)
If you arrive at Phoenix after 2:00 PM you need to book a hotel at Wickenburg for the first night (from $45 + tax per room)
tip / Ranch (suggested: 10 - 15% of the ranch rate)

Payments:

There is a 35% deposit to hold your reservation. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards. You can send the deposit thru bank transfer or check.
For our international guests:
You can pay the balance in $-traveller checks!

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations prior to 90 days in advance of reservation date, will incur $50 dollars per person cancellation office fee.

All cancellations prior to 60 days in advance of reservation date, will incur $100 dollars per person cancellation office fee.

All cancellations received less then 60 days in advance of reservation date will forfeit entire deposit.

For emergency reasons making a cancellation necessary, you may transfer your deposit to another week during that season without additional costs, otherwise you may transfer your deposit to another week during that season, but there will be a $50 dollar transfer fee.

If guests don't show up with no notice they have to pay the full ranch rate and also shuttle service and hotel, if booked thru the ranch.
